Gary Froeschner – Pans – double seconds - Vocals - (573) 875-0210 – gfroesch@traquility.net Gary Froeschner grew up in St. Louis, MO, plays drums and guitar, and started playing pans about 20 years ago after visiting Barbados. He started seriously studying pan after meeting Josh Watkins, Josh Bryan and Dr. Julia Gaines at the University of Missouri music department which now has a steel drum band. They form a pan band known as Steel Jam which is the predecessor of Banana Oil Pan Band.

Josh Watkins – Lead Pan – Percussion - (573) 289-8240 – jmw83d@mizzou.edu Josh Watkins grew up in Petersburg, Illinois, studied pans and percussion in high school. He continues to study pan and percussion at the UMC. He has performed with the Missouri Chamber Orchestra, the Springfield, Illinois Muni Opera, and plays in several other bands including the Josh Watkins Jazz Band.

Josh Bryan grew up in Columbia, MO and is also a percussion music major at UMC. He plays in several other bands including A Bataria de Columbia the Missouri Chamber Orchestra and teaches drum line at Rockbridge High School.

John Turner grew up in St. Joseph, MO, is professor emeritus from UMC medical school and has been playing bass in a multitude of bands in the Columbia area for 30 years including the Blues Ramblers, Swingin’ Axes, and Hot House.
